You’ve finally decided to take that leap and host a retreat. YAY! But as you dive into the planning process, you realize that choosing a retreat location isn’t as easy as it sounds. For instance, after spending hours scouring the internet’s endless possibilities, you come across an amazing venue, but then you notice the location isn’t ideal. Then you find another venue with a great location, but the facilities space might make your attendees feel a bit cramped. So, you move on and continue your search.
There are so many things to consider and you want to avoid the many pitfalls unfortunately so many retreat hosts make, such as not researching enough in regards to the weather, transportation, audio/video gear, food options and most importantly the activities available.
Also, too often you see business retreats hosted at a tropical location or a yoga retreat hosted on the rooftop of a skyrise building in a bustling city. Attendees are just as confused wondering why isn’t this business retreat being hosted in a city like Austin which is home to many start-up companies that maybe someone from a business similar to ours might be able to speak to our group and give us some pointers? Or why aren’t we improving our yoga skills in a wellness sanctuary in the lush rainforest of Costa Rica?

You’ll complete a custom questionnaire and a retreat dreams board, so that we see what you see and can help you tailor a retreat to match. And if you’re not sure about something, your personal travel concierge is there to help you gain clarity on what you truly desire to experience on your retreat, so you can plan a one of a kind experience designed exclusively to you and your participants.
- Research and Planning Done for You – We’ll take everything we’ve learned about you from the welcome process and we’ll do extensive research for your retreat. We’ll make a list of suggested retreat locations and activities to help you design the custom retreat of your dreams.
- In Depth Retreat Consultation – This is the fun part! During your 90 minute retreat consultation, we’ll go over suggestions that can make your retreat uniquely desirable to you and your participants.
- PDF Suggestions List – Receive a list of retreat location suggestions and activity suggestions to help your retreat stand out to your ideal clients/participants.
- Memories to Last a Lifetime – Have fun planning your custom retreat, then jetting off and experiencing so much more than a chance to get away and conduct business in a different atmosphere.
