Welcome Packet and Travel Prep Materials – In your welcome packet you will receive a Travel questionnaire.  This is where you communicate your travel desires so that we can set about exceeding them. You will also receive a travel tips e-book and a packing list to help you prepare for your upcoming trip.

Research and Planning Done For You –We’ll take everything we’ve learned about you from the welcome process and we’ll do extensive research for your trip. We’ll plan a trip tailored to your travel dreams, personality, interests, and trip timeline.

Vacation Consultation – 1:1 call(s) with your personal travel concierge discussing the details of your custom vacation and addressing any special travel requests.

Custom Itinerary –You’ll receive your custom designed itinerary mapping out  all of your activity details, directions, suggested accommodations, and other information for your trip. Your itinerary is displayed in interactive mobile app, accessible to you where ever you roam in offline-mode. (You’ll also be emailed a beautiful PDF copy of your itinerary if you desire to use a printed copy).

Option Of Adding Booking Service –Your personal travel concierge will book/reserve things on your behave that you have authorized beforehand. The reservations information will then be added to you your itinerary.

Pricing 

Typically, travel agents earn commission from third parties (hotels, tours, cruises, etc.), which is how they earn their living. While this is ok, it made us curious (as travelers ourselves) if we were being sent to the best places for us, or to the places that offer the highest commissions. We work differently. You have our guarantee that there is no hidden motive behind our itineraries because our mission is to send you to the places that inspire you and will meet your wildest dreams. Our set pricing lets you know we mean that.

Also, many agents slip in hidden fees for every little thing (bookings, reservations, etc.). They may add a percentage to your bill, charge a fee for each traveler, or add hidden fees in elsewhere. We work differently. Our package prices are based on the length of your trip. Anything you wish to experience during your trip is included in that price, and you will never have to worry about any hidden charges.

In an online travel planning world dominated by “cheap” and “discount,” it’s tough to plan the perfect vacation without investing hours, if not days, of time into researching travel options that speak to a more relaxing and refined taste. While we love a good bargain as much as the next traveler, we realize that the journey is the destination. The people and places you experience along the way make the trip.
